House rules
As the strata set them
Inform the Property Manager of the date of the move(s), and particulars of the residents;
Ensure that the moving in fee is paid to the Property Manager;
Ensure that any trash is properly disposed of and any damage to the common property of the building is reported.
Failure to do so will result in fines being levied against the Owner of the suite in accordance with the Bylaws.
2. An elevator key must be used to move in and move out large contents and the owner of the suite must be present during an occupancy change. Elevator keys are available from the Building Coordinator to prevent damage to the elevator by jamming the door. To obtain an elevator key, contact the Building Coordinator.
3. The back garden area is a no-pets allowed zone and dogs must be on a leash on the rest of common property.
4. Residents are not to use their patio doors for an entry/exit point.
5. No Move in/out fee will be applied to strata lots that are rented as a furnished rental.
6. Only 3 washers and dryers may be used at any one time by one resident.
7. Do not wash dog beds or dog linens in the laundry room communal washers as other owners use those machines as there could be allergies.
8.
9. There is now a $25 cash deposit required for each key issued to a resident for the bike enclosure. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the assigned key to the Strata Council. A lost or damaged bike enclosure key will require a non-refundable $25.00 fee for replacement.
As filed by the strata. The strata council keeps the rules; YYJ Stratacare does not enforce them.
